Rental Solution for Crowd Control

Stanchion Rental Quotes in Regina

There is no rate card here, and that is deliberate: six posts at a boardroom door and six hundred across a trade-show floor are the same equipment doing entirely different work. Every order is quoted instead. What follows is what that figure is built from, so nothing on your quote reads as a surprise.

  • Any order can be customised
  • Corporate clients and marketing agencies are our focus
  • Events anywhere in Canada

What moves the figure

Six factors, and every quote is assembled from them. Yours reflects your quantities, your dates and your address rather than an average of everybody else's.

What a stanchion rental quote is built from
QuantityThe main oneThe single biggest factor. A doorway needs a handful of posts; a trade-show floor with a switchback at the entrance is another order altogether.
Rental periodDays to a month+One evening and one fortnight are quoted differently, and a long hire is not the short one multiplied out — the arithmetic changes as the period does.
What the equipment has to doShape, not headcountA straight lane, a switchback and a perimeter run are three different orders for one crowd of the same size. What the line has to do decides more than how many people stand behind it.
Delivery addressAnywhere in SaskatchewanEverything is held here in Regina. Where the order travels, and what the access looks like when it arrives, sits inside the figure rather than appearing under it.
Setup and pickupOptionalOur crew can lay it all out and strike it afterwards, or we can simply drop and go. Tell us which and it comes back as its own line.
Custom workQuoted the same wayA runner cut to an awkward walk, belt and rope posts mixed in one run, a barrier line routed around a building — none of that is treated as unusual.

What is already included

Three things worth knowing before you read a quote from us:

  • Insurance

Already in the figure. No separate insurance charge is added on top of it.

  • Pickup

Coming back for the equipment is part of delivery, not a second visit that is billed again.

  • Booking

Your dates hold the equipment from the moment the order is paid in full, and not before.

Setup and teardown

Having our crew set out and strike is optional on every order, and it is quoted with the job rather than sold at a fixed rate — eight posts in a lobby and a perimeter around a fair site are not the same afternoon. Mention it on the enquiry and it comes back as its own line.

A good number of clients do it themselves. Nothing is assembled, tightened or tooled: the posts are weighted, the belts clip on, and a modest run is well inside what a venue team can manage between them.

Delivery

Delivery sits inside the quoted figure rather than arriving under it, and coming back for the equipment afterwards is part of the same line. There is no second number later.

Every address is quoted on its own, from two things: the address and the size of the order. A doorway run inside the city and a full load going the length of the province are not the same trip, and distance settles what is left.

See service areas → for the towns we name, or just send the event address with your dates and it will be itemised on the quote you get back.

Cancellation

Events get moved and cancelled. Here is exactly where that leaves you:

Cancellation terms
More than 48 hours before the rental dateFull refund.
Inside 48 hours, but more than 24 outHalf the amount refunded.
Less than 24 hours beforeNo refund.

The binding version of this is on the terms and conditions → page; the table above is the plain-language summary of it.

Questions about quoting

What is inside the number you send back?

The equipment and the insurance, with no separate insurance charge on top. Delivery is itemised on the quote rather than revealed after it, and collecting the equipment once the event is down is counted inside that same line.

What do you need from us to quote?

Three things, in this order: the event dates, which products and in what quantity, and the event address. From those an event rental specialist itemises the equipment, works delivery out for that address, and sends back a single figure covering the lot.

At what point is the equipment actually ours?

When the order is paid in full. Up to that moment it is quoted and available to anyone else asking for the same weekend, which is why a busy date rewards settling early.

Is there a deadline for booking?

Only where the calendar imposes one. Award season, the spring and summer wedding run, the graduation weeks and December all fill early. Outside those there is no minimum notice — send the dates and we will tell you what is free against them.
